FeetReveal is an AI-powered image and video generation platform that creates fictional, fully artificial depictions of feet and foot poses. No real humans are ever involved.

4. Free Credits

New users receive a limited number of free generation credits for testing purposes only.

5. Paid Plans & No Refunds

All paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. You are encouraged to use your free credits before buying.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billings but does not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to generate:

• Likenesses of real persons without their explicit consent
• Content depicting minors (under 18) in any form
• Non-consensual, illegal, or harmful content

We reserve the right to terminate any account instantly and without refund for violation.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the images/videos you generate. You grant FeetReveal an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use generated content for training and improving the AI (anonymized).

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
