4. Free Credits

New users receive a limited number of free generation credits for testing purposes only.

5. Paid Plans & No Refunds

All paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing you acknowledge and accept this policy. Use free credits before buying.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billings but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to generate:

• Likenesses of real persons without explicit consent
• Content depicting minors in any form
• Non-consensual, illegal, or harmful content

We may terminate any account instantly and without refund for violation.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the images/videos you generate. You grant Feetreveal an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use generated content for training and improving the AI (anonymized).

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
